We strive to ensure that your stay will be comfortable, relaxing and memorable. In our effort to serve you better, one of our ambassadors will meet and greet you at your Apartment and help you settle in.

Our ambassador will help you to check-in and will orient you on the facilities of your accommodation. Your accommodation offers complimentary Wi-Fi access and a wide range of ala carte services such as breakfast delivery, grocery shopping, laundry, housekeeping service, private chef service, butler service, airport transfer arrangement and etc. We can organize tours/excursions to your desire such as desert safari, dhow cruise dinner, a visit at the top of Burj Khalifa, city tours, and a lot more. During your stay, our ambassadors will take good care of your needs and requests.


We will be delighted to organize airport transfers at a fee starting from AED 200 per way. Kindly advise the flight details in advance in order to facilitate the necessary arrangements, whether it is an airport pick-up, a city travel or a simple drop-off. Our Apartments are strictly non-smoking hence; smoking is permitted outside the building or at the balcony.


In case of losing the access card AED 300 will be deducted from the Security deposit


Check-in time: 15:00 hours / Check-out time: 12:00 Noon. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon request and will be subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in before 9:00 AM, it is recommended to pre-book the accommodation the night before. For guaranteed late check-out, it will be charged 50% of the night’s stay.


A security deposit will be obtained upon arrival to serve as a guarantee against the return of the Apartment in good condition which will be fully released upon check-out should there be no damage witnessed (payable via cash or credit card) It is a legal requirement by the Government of Dubai that all guests present a valid identification (UAE National ID or Valid Passport) upon check-in. Children below 21 years old need to be accompanied by their parents.


Westminster Holiday Homes Rental LLC, its agent and employees, have the right to access the apartment upon three days advance written notice to the occupant. In the event of an emergency Westminster Holiday Homes Rental LLC its agents, Employees and/or representatives of governmental authorities, shall have the right to enter the apartment without any notice to The Guest/Tanent, and take such measures as may necessary or appropriate to the preserve the facility, comply with applicable laws and/or enforce Westminster Holiday Homes Rental LLC’s rights


The Guest/Tanent agrees to pay any amount owing to Westminster Holiday Homes Rental LLC by the due date on their contract, a late penalty fee of AED 500 shall be applicable if any amount is not paid, in full, by the due date, The Guest/Tanent who consistently pays late will be given notice to vacate by Westminster Holiday Homes Rental LLC. An additional fee of AED 500 is applicable for any returned Cheque.


Failure to pay within 30 days of the due date will result in stopping the Guest/Tanent to access to the property managed by Westminster Holiday Homes Rental LLC until the amount is settled, Other legal action deemed necessary to recover any outstanding obligation whatsoever to disclose information concerning the action taken, if any, and will take the necessary legal action through Dubai courts to obtain full payment for unpaid services provided to the Guest/Tanent.

Important: Under this agreement the initial stay period will renew on a monthly basis, indefinitely, until such time that it is cancelled by either Westminster Holiday Homes Rental LLC or the Guest/Tanent by giving 15 days’ notice, in writing to [email protected] .Failure by the  Guest/Tanent to give notice, will result in the Guest/Tanent being charged up to an additional 15 days rent, Applicable charges and taxes.


This agreement may be terminated by either Westminster Holiday Homes Rental LLC or The Guest/Tanent by giving 15 days’ notice in writing by email to the other party. The Guest/Tanent agrees to leave the apartment in good condition and in responsible for any damage to the unit, including partition walls, doors, lighting, flooring etc… In the event Westminster Holiday Homes Rental LLC cancels this booking, The Guest/Tanent has 7 days from the expiration of the cancellation notice to remove any items from the apartment before Westminster Holiday Homes Rental LLC will take the necessary action as described in the condition for Non-payment. There is no service fee refund due if the  Guest/Tanent terminates the agreement early.

Please be informed that to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests, tenants and staff and in accordance with the Dubai Civil Defense Authorities, the use of any of the below mentioned activity/item are not permissible inside apartment for safety & security reasons of the guest and the apartment / Property

  • Any usage of charcoal for Shisha and/or Bokhoor and Shisha
  • Any open flame(s) (candles)
  • Electric hot plates or any cooking devise that produce hear
  • Any devise that use or contain combustible material

We thank you for your anticipated understanding and cooperation with this serious matter. Should any of the above be observed in your apartment, Westminster Holiday Homes Rental LLC reserves the right to confiscate it and handed over to you upon departure

By adhering to the above we shall ensure the safety of the entire property and its occupants.
